Understand the addictive dangers of opioid pain meds and safe, local means of disposing of them.
There are other ways to treat your pain that are often more effective and have fewer risks and side effects than opioids.

Safely secure and responsibly dispose of medications, including opioids. Unsecured, unused and expired medications pose a health risk to your family and community.
Drop off unused medications, including pet medications, in a permanent drop box anytime during business hours year-round.
